Start with a simple page map

List the homepage, main service pages, supporting resources and contact route. Make sure important pages can be reached through navigation or useful contextual links rather than relying on a sitemap alone. Group related services without forcing unrelated pages into every paragraph.

Write descriptive link text

Use concise anchor text that makes the destination understandable before someone clicks. Avoid repeated exact-match phrases in every link. A link should support a real reader journey: a guide might link to a service explanation, while a service page can link back to a useful guide.

Audit and maintain links

Check for broken destinations, loops, redirects and orphaned pages after changing URLs. Use analytics or search data to understand whether visitors continue to relevant pages. Internal links help discovery and navigation, but do not guarantee that a search engine will crawl or rank a destination.
